SouthData acquired the assets of Micro Images, Inc. on Dec. 1. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Micro Images, Inc. employed 32 people who were hired by SouthData on that date. The new division will operate as the Micro Images Division of SouthData, Inc.
Micro Images, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Larry Emrich, who will stay on to lead the new division. “I

SouthData is a data management, printing and mailing company founded in 1985 that specializes in providing billing statements, payment coupon books and newsletters to thousands of clients throughout the United States
The Micro Images Division of SouthData, Inc. will continue to provide archiving, ROI, RAC and day-forward scanning to clients in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida in the healthcare, government, education, insurance and legal markets.
